[Limited Edition] AVerMedia AM350 Live Streamer Microphone Kit

I got this for my son to use and he loves it. He uses it to make Youtube videos and to play video games. He uses it with windows 11 and also with an iMac. Great sound quality and it's a solid design.

I received it and decided to test it making some light recordings and test their software. I currently have my gaming laptop with a fan cooler right next to my monitors basically next to the mic. Both my wife and me were pleasantly surprised on how much it canceled the sound of the laptop cooling fan. It was really noticeable when I turned on the echo cancel mode. Which brings me to the ease of use. I basically plugged it all together and installed the software and I was up and running in a matter of minutes. My unit seemed to have been opened and resealed since I saw the security tapes taped over. But outside that it really impressed me how clear and clean the mic pic my voice even positioning the mic really far from my mouth.

The audio quality of the AM350 is exceptional. The condenser microphone captures crystal-clear vocals with remarkable precision and richness. I record a podcast regularly and it literally outperforms my regular mic with impeccable clarity.

When setting it up, it connected quickly to my PC via USB. The microphone offers two directional pattern selections, including cardioid and omnidirectional. There is zero latency, and I was very impressed at how professional this mic sounds when recording.

It has a 3.5 headphone jack for live monitoring. The included Pop Filter and Shock Mount does effectively reduces plosive sounds. The built in noise reduction feature also seems to help eliminate unwanted background noise. The included Shock Mount provides excellent stability, effectively isolating the microphone from vibrations and handling noise. These accessories do help for smoother recording experience.

I really like the durable design and premium feel of the mic. It has a sturdy build and does not feel cheap at all. I own a lot of mics and I was very impressed with the quality and detail of my vocal recording. I also tested it with some metal singing, and it was loud and clear. Live streaming, podcasting, singing, and more. This is one of the best USB mics I've owned- period!

This is not a high end mic by any means, but for what it is, it does the job pretty well. This is a decent mic that you can get started with. In time you will likely want to upgrade if you are doing any serious work with it. It does seem to be well made and it certainly looks good!

This is a very nice microphone. I like the design, it's very professional looking. Quality appears to be excellent, everything on the microphone feels solid and well made. The microphone, stand and base are all metal. The microphone comes with a heavy base so it sits solidly on the surface. There's also a shock mount included to mound to a boom arm. I have my microphone on my desk so I'm using the base, I may set-up a boom later. The only little nit that I have is that the pop filter was a bit fiddley to install (and the instructions aren't very clear), but I got everything together and it works and looks great. The microphone will work using Windows drivers, for additional features audio software can be downloaded. The sound is very clear and pure, background noise is suspended well. This microphone has my recommendation .
