I ordered the MINI+ capture card so that I would be able to play games with friends and have it be recorded no matter the device i was playing on. For all it does, the price is great and there are plenty of other upgrade options that AVerMedia offers for when you need a better option as you move on. It didn't take long at all to arrive and I have had no issues getting it set up to work for what I need.

Fa tastic capture card and super affordable

Bought this capture card as a replacement for an older capture card of a different brand. I saw this card had good reviews and was much more budget friendly. It works great and I have no problems with it.

As a partnered streamer on Twitch, I've always been a fan of AVerMedia capture cards, especially this one. With VRR, it's great not to worry about having VSync on all the time. The drivers are a breeze; no problems there. There's no need for extra applications like other competitors, which tend to desync audio after a few hours of use with anything other than their dedicated capture software. Even with a dual PC setup, audio is easier to manage since you can simply go into your settings and listen to the recording devices, as HDMI shows up under that. Latency is instant, similar to other capture cards, but with this one, you can definitely notice the difference in audio transmission.

Very sad day to see this product not perform... I just saw the "grand" update for MacOS M1/M2/M3 update, and boy what an insult to Mac owners. Promising 4k60p capture for all, just to find out today the it will NOT capture 4k60p on the Silicon(M) chips but capped at 4k30p like every other capture card... Very sad day indeed...
