How do I track my order?

A tracking email will be provided when our warehouse creates the label for your order. Be sure to check your Spam or other folders if you can't find it right away in your inbox!

Can I edit or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Please contact the AVerMedia Shop at: AVTeStore.USA@avermedia.com to request an order cancellation.

What should I do if I never receive my order?

Contact AVerMedia Shop and our team will further assist by looking into your order concerns.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo for debit and credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, and Facebook Pay.

Why isn't my payment going through?

If you come across an error during payment, please feel free to contact us here. Provide any screenshots or error messages that might show up during the checkout process if possible so we can quickly identify the issue.


What is your return and exchange policy?

AVerMedia offers refunds for items returned within 30 days upon receipt, excluding shipping and handling. Returns without the original packaging will be rejected. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.

How do I request an exchange or return?

From your order confirmation email, you can contact the AVerMedia Shop for a Return request.

How do I send my items back?

Directions will be listed in the RMA email when you receive an RMA number from your return or exchange request.

When should I expect my refund?

You should expect a refund within a week of our warehouse receiving the unit.
